Free US shipping available on all orders.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days upon purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order has been shipped with updated tracking information.

For orders outside the US, please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in shipping rates and customs fees may apply depending on the import taxes and/or customs duties of your home country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

United States: FREE (5-10 business days)

Canada: $30 (5-10 business days)

Worldwide: $120 (10-30 business days)

Damaged Orders

All artworks are packed in protective boxes to guarantee their safe arrival. In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, please reach out immediately, within two days of receipt, via email at hello@the-zendoc.com or fill out the contact form. 

For damaged orders, please retain all shipment items, including the box and all protective packaging until clearance is provided. For the purposes of insurance claims, please provide the following:

• Name and order information

• Photos of the box upon delivery

• Photos of the inner packaging, including all protective materials used

• Photos of the damaged artwork, including a full photo of the artwork and close ups of the damages

Please note that the artist retains the right to refund the buyer if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care on their part or in the case of unresponsiveness by the buyer in the efforts to resolve the issue.

Returns

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a refund. Please reach out via email at hello@the-zendoc.com or fill out the contact form including your order details and a problem statement. I will make every effort to assist you.

All returns should be sent back in original or similar packaging to prevent damages. Damaged returns will not be refunded, no matter how seemingly small the damage may seem. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. I reserve the right to reject untimely requests.
